37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Local Service Manager to join our management team based at St Gabriels Road in London. If you want to make a positive impact to people’s lives, this is a rewarding opportunity to come and work within an established and experienced team.

The role of Local Service Manager will include:

  • Overseeing the overall delivery of the housing management.
  • Deliver contract KPI’s
  • Liaising with the Area Service Manager
  • Working with on site support providers, who meet individual support needs at the services
  • Managing void properties, rent accounts and any arrears effectively
  • Health and Safety compliance
  • Setting budgets
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and relevant external agencies with the proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners

Skills and experiences:

  • With previous experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
  • You will have experience of working in a person centered way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
  • Travel is a requirement of the role; therefore a full, current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable
