Project Worker – Temporary position for up to 9 months

Wellington Road – Eccles

£9.20 per hour (rising to £9.69 an hour after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

37.5 hours per week – various shifts, Monday - Sunday 8am - 9pm

We are seeking a Project Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Wellington Road provides intensive housing management to vulnerable adults. If you want to make a positive impact to people’s lives, this is a fabulous opportunity to come and work within an established and experienced team.

The role of Project Worker will include:

  • Providing a high quality intensive housing management service
  • Providing a service to clients to maintain their tenancies
  • Managing the voids and arrears at the service
  • Ensuring the security and safety of the building
  • Signposting to other agencies as required

Skills and experiences:

  • Sound knowledge of housing management, including voids and arrears management
  • Good understanding of occupancy agreements
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, sourcing innovative solutions to enhance independence of residents
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar
