Administrator – Part Time

Defoe Court, Epsom

£9.64 per hour (rising to £10.15 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

19.5 hours per week

In this varied role you will report to the Regional Business Support Administrator to assist in delivering and maintaining efficient compliance and administrative systems in accordance with regional requirements.

The role of Administrator will include:

  • Ensuring that accurate and timely information is collected, collated and presented to continuously meet and exceed regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the management of complaints in line with policy to achieve customer service excellence
  • Providing a professional and efficient first point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Contributing as required to special programmes and projects

Skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience of providing effective administration support within a customer service environment
  • Focused on delivering exceptional customer service including having an approachable, caring and compassionate attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under your own initiative and under pressure in an organised manner, enabling you to prioritise your workload
  • An understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar) is required
