Getting involved (easy read)

We listen to what you think is good and bad about the support you get. You can have your say about how we run the service.

You can get involved as much or as little as you want. There are lots of different ways you can get involved.

We will give you questionnaires asking what you think. You can suggest ways we can do things better.

We have resident meetings where you can ask questions and tell us what you think of the service.

If you have an exciting story or achievement to tell us about, you could appear in our resident newsletter, Snapshot.

If you send us photos about what activities you have been doing, we can share these on social media.

Be part of our Family and Friends test. Visit other services and tell us if you would be happy for someone you love to live there.

When there is an inspection by the Care Quality Commission, you can tell them what you think about the service.

When we write or update our policies and procedures, we will ask what you think. You can suggest how we can improve them.

When we interview people to work at the service, we will invite you to meet them and ask your own questions.
