Eight two-bedroom apartment and 26 one-bedroom apartment are built around a central courtyard and there is another separate garden area, offering a place of peace and tranquility.

Designed to offer comfort, independence and peace of mind, each flat is connected to an alarm call system which links directly to a dedicated care and support team who are on hand 24 hours a day.

Exning Court is wheelchair accessible throughout and each apartment has bathroom with level access shower, an open-plan lounge and kitchen which comes complete with white goods.

The apartments, some of which have balconies overlook the stunning gardens and surrounding countryside. Apartments are spacious, come with fitted carpets and are neutrally decorated so that you’re free to furnish your home as you choose. All apartments are fitted with pull cord alarm systems, that when activated immediately alerts a 24-hour support team that you need assistance.

Spacious communal areas, include a restaurant where you can enjoy home cooked lunches prepared by our professional in-house catering team seven days a week.

Other facilities include a laundry room, guest room for visiting family and friends and assisted bathrooms.
