The Maples has 9 rooms in a shared house. We provide accommodation and support for single adults aged 18 and over, who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand. There is an overnight concierge service seven days a week, should residents require any further support.

  • Daily living skills
  • Building positive relationships
  • Managing mental health needs

Additional support services

We also provide follow-on support when residents move on to live independently.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a place at The Maples, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Be a single adult (no children or other dependants)
  • Be homeless or at risk of homelessness

How to apply

We accept referrals from North Devon Council, as well as Devon probation service, Rough Sleeping Coordinators and Rise. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
