St Johns Church Road has two schemes in Folkestone, totalling 10 one-bedroom apartments. We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs and/or physical disabilities.

Staff draw up a personalised support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site during office hours. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
  • Cooking, cleaning and shopping
  • Accessing education, training and work
  • Developing hobbies and interests
  • Dealing with correspondence

  • Signposting and accessing other services
  • Planning a successful move-on

Additional support services

We also provide follow-on support when residents move on to live independently.

To be eligible for a place at St Johns Church Roade, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a diagnosed mental health need and/or physical disability
