About us
St Johns Church Road has two schemes in Folkestone, totalling 9 one-bedroom apartments.
We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs and/or physical disabilities.

Location
Two schemes in a residential area of Folkestone, within easy access of shops, restaurants, a park, public transport links and the seafront.
Accommodation type
Two shared houses comprising 9 one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. There is level access throughout both schemes.
Communal areas
A shared lounge, laundry room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. Assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance can be purchased at an additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at St Johns Church Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a diagnosed mental health need and/or physical disability
- Require low to medium level support
How do I apply?
To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Folkestone and Hythe District Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
