Staff draw up a personalised support plan with clients using the Mental Health Recovery Star model.
Staff availability
Our highly-trained staff provide mental health support seven days a week, during office hours. We also provide points of contact if additional out-of-hours support is required. Available in the home or a location in the local area, support is flexible and personalised to individual needs. Support levels can be increased if needed or decreased as clients gain more independence.

- Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
- Cooking, cleaning and shopping
- Building positive relationships
- Developing hobbies and interests
- Dealing with correspondence
- Socialising and community involvement
- Maintaining health, safety and security
- Building confidence, resilience and self-esteem
- Signposting and accessing other services
Additional support services
We also provide follow-on support when clients move on from one of our supported housing services to live independently.
