Our highly-trained staff are on-site during office hours, Monday to Friday, and there is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a place at Byron Road, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a mental health need or learning disability
  • Require a minimum of nine hours support per week

How to apply

We accept direct referrals where the applicant has a personal budget in place of nine hours or more. To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form.

We also accept referrals from Sheffield City Council, via a social worker or community psychiatric nurse (CPN). All support needs and eligibility will be assessed before an application is accepted.
