Pembroke Way is a short-term move-on service, providing four bedrooms in a shared house. We support young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and who have low-level support needs. Residents are supported to build their skills and confidence, as they prepare to move on to living independently.

Staff are available at Oxford House during office hours, and CCTV is used to help ensure residents’ safety and security.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site regularly throughout the week, giving residents peace of mind that support is available. There is also an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
  • Accessing education, training and work
  • Preventing homelessness
  • Managing rent and rent arrears
  • Maintaining health, safety and security
  • Signposting and accessing other services
  • Planning a successful move-on

We also provide follow-on support when residents move on to live independently.
