Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week 2019 runs from 13 to 19 May and shines a spotlight on mental health and how it can affect anyone at any time.

This year’s theme is “Body image: how we think and feel about our bodies”, and throughout the week we are sharing resident and staff Life Stories and news about their experiences of mental health.

We are encouraging staff and residents to focus on their skills and achievements, and highlighting a variety of ways to promote good mental health and positive body image. Follow us on Twitter to see how we’re getting involved and to join the conversation.
