Located on the outskirts of Cheltenham and a short drive from neighbouring Gloucester and its majestic cathedral, Middleton House offers 49 one and two bedroom apartments for rent or shared ownership.
Middleton House has been designed and built with safety in mind. Secure door entry system, intercom alarms and staff on site 24 hours a day give peace of mind.

Each of our apartments has a level access shower room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine and fully fitted carpets throughout. Services include a welcoming reception and foyer, restaurant, multi-purpose communal lounge
s, lifts to all floors and a hairdressing salon. There is also a fully-assisted bathroom.
Each apartment has an emergency pull-cord intercom alarm system that alerts a member of our on-site care team who will be on hand within minutes, should you need them. Pendant alarms are available if required.

We encourage residents to get involved in the activities in both Middleton House and the surrounding community.
Socialise with others when you want to, join in with a range of activities, introduce new ones or simply enjoy private time to yourself.

With a comprehensive range of personal and domestic care and support services, our on-site team can help you at home with anything you need including shopping, laundry, housework, personal care, prescription collection and visits to the dentist, writing letters or sending emails.
We pride ourselves on treating people as individuals so all our residents have care plans tailored to their individual medical, social and emotional needs. We review care plans on a regular basis and can involve family and friends in this process.
For extra peace of mind, your apartment will have an emergency pull cord system that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
