Sanctuary manager shortlisted for national award

Sanctuary Supported Living manager who oversees a supported housing scheme in Chelmsford has reached the finals of a set of national awards.

Local service manager Karuna Vora has been shortlisted for the Manager Award category of the 2017 National Learning Disabilities Awards, organised by CareTalk.

Karuna, who manages the Nickleby Road service, will be attending the awards night this Friday (14 July) with colleagues, when the winners will be announced. She said, "I'm delighted to have been put forward by my team for this award and utterly thrilled to get this far".
