Gold award for Sanctuary Supported Living
Sanctuary Supported Living has been awarded one of the highest levels of accreditation for investment in its staff.

The national supported housing provider has achieved Investors in People (IiP) Gold accreditation, reflecting the organisation’s high standards for leading, managing and developing its employees.
Sanctuary Supported Living was commended for “inspirational and transparent leadership and the evolution of a cohesive set of policies and practices for managing people, which are having a clear impact on performance.”
Assessors also found that staff demonstrated pride and passion in their work, and were able to access effective learning and development opportunities.
Sara Keetley, Operations Director – Sanctuary Supported Living, said: “I’m so proud of everyone in our operation, getting the IiP Gold accreditation is an incredible achievement.
“At the same time, we are also digesting all of the assessors’ feedback and taking steps to get even better.
Through every level of leadership and in every element of support and care, we are all about putting people first.

The achievement follows Sanctuary Supported Living’s other award successes this year, with a host of regional wins in the Great British Care Awards including the organisation being named as the best care employer in the West Midlands.
