The category recognises commitment to providing person-centred support for vulnerable people. Tracey was commended for the passion and enthusiasm she shows in her role at Norton Road, which supports residents aged 16 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Tracey said: “I couldn’t believe it when they called out my name! It was so exciting.

Everything I do isn’t about me, it’s about the people I support, so this award is really for them. I also have an amazing team around me who support me to do the job to the best of my ability.
