Residents and staff at Sanctuary extra care schemes across the country are inviting their local communities to join them for their annual Christmas markets.
Visitors to the events will be able to browse a range of stalls selling cakes and homemade gifts, or try their luck in raffles and tombolas.
Sanctuary Supported Living operations director Sarah Clarke-Kuehn said: “The Christmas markets are one of the key events of the year for our extra care schemes and a great opportunity for our residents, staff and their wider communities to come together.”
Markets will be held at the following locations:
Saturday 25 November:
- 10.30am to 3pm – Whitley Court, Hayes Road, Paignton. Stalls include a tombola, raffle, cards, gifts, cakes, knitwear, jewellery and crafts.
- 12 noon to 3pm – Roman Ridge, Lavender Way, Wincobank, Sheffield, S5 6DD. Stalls include pickles, cakes, crafts and a raffle.
Saturday 2 December:
- 11am to 2pm – Greenwich Gardens, Greenwich Drive, Mackworth, Derby, DE22 4BH. Stalls include gifts, cakes, crafts and a tombola.
- 2pm to 6pm – St Bartholomew’s Court, Kiln Drive, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7SQ. Stalls include gifts, cakes, crafts and a raffle.
