Many of Roman Ridge’s spacious apartments have views over the city of Sheffield. Situated over five floors, each apartment is beautifully finished with a fitted bathroom, kitchen and flooring throughout. Apartments are let or sold unfurnished, leaving you free to furnish your home as you choose.
Apartments have an open-plan lounge and kitchen as well as:

All apartments are fitted with emergency pull cord alarms, which when activated immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance.

An on-site restaurant offers freshly prepared meals at lunch time (12.30pm – 1.30pm), seven days a week.

local connection to the area
* Have a care or support need which has been
assessed by Sheffield City Council
Roman Ridge may not be suitable if you have been assessed as requiring a substantial amount of regular nursing care which cannot be delivered in your own home.

Personal and domestic care is provided by Housing and Care 21 who can help you at home. Sanctuary staff are on-site for housing management.
For extra peace of mind, apartments have an emergency pull cord system that, when activated, immediately alerts the 24-hour support team that you need assistance. Pendant alarms are available if required.
