Facilities
We’re here to support the lifestyle you choose and if that means you want to be on the go, you won’t find it hard to keep yourself occupied. If you’d prefer to take it easy and relax with friends or family over a coffee or a tasty meal, then our Taste restaurants are ready to welcome you.
We believe that having access to a wide range of amenities is essential for a comfortable and fulfilling retirement. The range of facilities varies from service to service, but all properties have communal lounges and seating areas, providing plenty of opportunities to socialise and meet other like-minded people.
The onsite facilities and amenities available in many of our services include:

Our retirement communities are all fully accessible, with level access throughout the building and landscaped gardens, and lifts to all floors.
Taste Restaurants
Our retirement communities have their own restaurants, which offer a full seasonal menu of breakfast, lunch, light bites and snacks throughout the week, including delicious daily specials.
Run by our superb in-house catering teams, all our Taste restaurants are open to family and friends, and many are open to the public, where everyone is welcome to enjoy great value, tasty meals.
Notable occasions are regularly celebrated, with special menus and themed dining events throughout the year, adding excitement and variety to your dining experience.
Healthy options, allergies, cultural preferences and other special dietary requirements can always be catered for, and takeaway is also available, for any residents who prefer to eat in their apartment.
We also offer a buffet menu, to help you celebrate birthdays and other big events with family and friends in style.
Residents can enjoy a main meal for just £7 for one course, or £9 for two courses, and a smaller meal option is available on request. Non-residents’ prices are £9 for one course and £11.50 for two.

Our Taste restaurants are regularly assessed by the Food Standards Agency, so you can be reassured that your meals are prepared to the highest safety and quality standards.
