The independence support package provides additional safety and security measures and peace of mind to those who want to live independently, and in their own homes for longer.
This package includes:
- A bogus caller alarm which is installed at the front door and available to press if a customer feels vulnerable or threatened
- An extreme temperature sensor which alerts the team if room temperature falls below 2°C or above 35°C
- A smoke detector which will raise the alarm if there is excess smoke in the property
- A flood detector which will raise the alarm in the event of the taps being left on accidentally
In case of an emergency, our highly-skilled operators will support customers to receive the additional help they need, or contact the emergency services.
