About us
Cavendish Lodge provides supported housing accommodation and personalised support for adults aged 18 or over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Staff on-site 24 hours a day
- Short-term supported housing for up to 18 months
- Communal lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and garden

Location
Close to shops, restaurants, parks, leisure facilities, colleges and public transport links.
Accommodation type
30 bedrooms including three Rough Sleeper Initiative rooms.
Communal areas
Communal areas include a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Wi-Fi
Communal Wi-Fi is available to all residents.
Rental agreement type
All rooms are let on excluded licence agreements.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Cavendish Lodge, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Require low or medium support and be assessed as low risk
How do I apply?
To apply, complete Suffolk County Council’s application for housing-related support. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
To apply for a Rough Sleeper Initiative bedroom, please contact us to discuss the current referral process.
