We provide supported housing, move-on accommodation, CQC registered services and floating support. We have more than 300 services, each unique and individual, just like our residents. As part of Sanctuary Group, we’re one of the country’s leading social housing providers.
A range of services providing housing and support for people with a diagnosed mental health need.
Support and housing for people with a range of learning and/or physical disabilities or acquired brain injury.
Supported housing and community support for people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
Services provide specialist support for 16-25 year olds including supported housing, foyers and community support.
We provide practical, non-judgemental support, advice and protection for all victims of domestic abuse in Plymouth and Torbay.
Through quality support and housing services, we help clients gain the life skills they need to build the foundations for independent living.
