Safety and wellbeing

Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority while we support you on your pathways for independence. We’ll support you to make your own informed decisions but we empower our teams to speak up and take action if they need to. We work in partnership with external agencies as necessary, to prevent, detect and report any suspected risks to your safety and wellbeing.

For more guidance about how you can keep yourself safe and how we’ll support you, read the Welcome Information Pack that you received when you first moved in. If you have any concerns about safety in your property, or any questions around any of the topics on this page, please speak to a Sanctuary member of staff at your service, or contact our customer service team.
