Our teams receive comprehensive training, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality care and support. This includes wide-ranging mandatory training, as well as training which is more specific to each service and the people who live there. Training covers topics such as safeguarding, mental health first aid, and person-centred and trauma-informed care and support.

Yes, you can! We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working options, including full-time, part-time, and bank contracts. Whether you need regular hours or more adaptable arrangements, we encourage you to apply and discuss your preferences during the interview process. We're committed to finding a schedule that works for both you and our teams.

You do not need to be vaccinated as a matter of law. However, we do encourage all of our employees to be vaccinated and boosted to support the health and wellbeing of all residents within our care.
