The personal care we provide in our supported housing services with care, our residential care homes, and some of our retirement communities, is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 98% of our CQC-registered services are rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding', reflecting our commitment to providing the best housing, support and care to our customers.
Our catering teams work to the highest food hygiene standards and offer tasty, nutritious and healthy meals. All our commercial kitchens in our retirement communities and our care homes have the top rating of 5, following inspections by the Food Standards Agency.
We're committed to being a great place to work, and we’ve achieved Investors in People (IiP) Gold accreditation, reflecting our high standards for leading, managing and developing our employees.
