Our services

We provide specialist, individually tailored packages of care and support for people aged 18 or over with mild, moderate, severe, and profound disabilities, with associated complex needs including:

  • Autism
  • Sensory disabilities
  • Physical disabilities
  • Acquired brain injury
  • Mental health needs
  • Behavioural challenges

Our flexible and varied range of disability services include residential care homes, supported housing with personal care, supported housing and housing management. We can offer as much as or as little care and support as needed - from just a few hours of support per week to help with daily living skills and tenancy management, up to round-the-clock dedicated personal care and support.

Care and support

We encourage people to build on their skills and strengths, and care and support is tailored to individual needs through a structured care and support plan using the Life Star model.

It covers ten areas of support:

  • Your health

  • How you spend your time

  • Being responsible

  • Being safe

  • Money and letters

  • Living skills

  • Communicating

  • Feeling good

  • People you know

  • Mental health and other conditions
