Discover meaningful opportunities in our retirement communities. Whether you're seeking to gain valuable work experience or give back through volunteering, we offer a range of roles that will help you develop your skills, meet incredible people, and make a positive impact—all while supporting our residents.
You might assist with gardening projects, support maintenance tasks, help with kitchen and catering duties, or engage residents in social and leisure activities like arts and crafts, games, or music sessions. The rewards are immeasurable, offering personal growth and a deep sense of fulfilment.

Currently, our opportunities are limited to Telford, Scarborough, and Cheltenham. This will be reviewed early next year, and we’re excited about the possibility of expanding our volunteering and work experience placements to more locations in the future.
Work experience
Our work experience placements in our retirement communities are perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to explore a new career path. These unpaid placements typically occur during holidays or as part of an educational course like Health and Social Care. You’ll work alongside our team, learning the ins and outs of daily operations, and it can help you make informed career decisions. It’s also a great way to build your CV and gain practical skills.
Volunteering
Whether you have a hobby like crafting or an interest in leading activities, our volunteer opportunities in our retirement communities are a great fit. Your time and efforts will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents. While volunteering is often a longer-term commitment, we also offer one-off placements for those who prefer shorter-term involvement. This flexibility allows you to participate according to your schedule.
We're proud to have received the 2024 Age-Inclusive Volunteering accreditation from Rest Less which recognises our commitment to creating volunteering opportunities that welcome and benefit individuals of all ages.
