Technology and Innovation

Our technology enabled living team provides personalised solutions to help maintain or improve independence, through a range of telecare packages or working with the local service manager to find ways to enhance support or safety for customers.

In our retirement communities and at many of our residential care homes, customers’ apartments are fitted with a pull-cord which connects directly to the care team, providing reassurance that help is always at hand. Customers can also choose to have a separate pendant or wrist alarm, if needed.

For added peace of mind, additional technology support packages can be purchased from our Technology Enabled Living range – including memory support, falls support, independence support and others.

Nourish, our digital social care record provider, has transformed our processes when it comes to planning care and support for our customers in Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered services, and promotes more effective, tailored, and bespoke care and support planning.

It’s designed to make evidencing care and support more manageable, right at our fingertips. It allows us to collaborate better, align care faster and improve outcomes for customers on their pathways for independence – because our customers deserve the very best care and support.
