If you have a caring nature, love supporting others and have a can-do attitude, one of our care and support roles could be the perfect fit for you. Previous experience in a care environment isn’t always essential if you have the right attitude.

As a Project Worker you will play a big part in supporting our residents, from helping them to develop daily living skills and maintaining a tenancy to supporting with their emotional and physical health needs. You’re encouraged to use your initiative and creativity to source innovative solutions to problems when supporting residents who are often facing challenging times.

Some Project Worker roles involve local travel to deliver support across a number of services under the same management or to deliver a floating support service.

Our Care and Support Assistants provide personal day to day care to residents within our disability and mental health services.

Your duties could include; washing and dressing residents, supporting resident involvement in the local community and assisting residents to participate in a wide range of activities.

As a Senior Care and Support Assistant, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the care floor and leading a team of Care and Support Assistants. You’ll also be administering medication, providing care and support and completing risk assessments.

Experience of working in a care setting is required for our Senior roles.

We have two nursing homes for people with mental health needs or learning disabilities, Montague Road in Felixstowe and Sidegate Lane in Ipswich.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be responsible for; preparing, monitoring and supervising the delivery of care plans and acting as an advocate for residents. You’ll need a relevant qualification and a valid NMC pin.
