Clover Court in Lowestoft has 20 one-bedroom apartments, which are designed to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities. We provide care and support for adults aged 18 and over, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

20 unfurnished apartments spread over three floors, each with a bedroom, spacious living room, accessible kitchen and an en-suite wet room or bathroom. There is level access throughout and a lift to all floors.

A lounge and dining area, a laundry room and a garden. There is Wi-Fi throughout and a secure car park for visitors.

Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.

Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system and ceiling hoist track system throughout. Personal pendant alarms are available if required. All apartments also have the option to fit additional assistive technology.

All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We can provide 24-hour care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a physical disability

To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Suffolk County Council’s adult social care team.

All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
