Moorland Road has eight en-suite bedrooms in a shared house and one self-contained flat. We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and require medium to high-level support. Residents are encouraged to develop the skills needed to live independently.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site during office hours, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is on-hand. There is an overnight concierge service and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Cooking, cleaning and shopping
  • Building confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Developing hobbies and interests
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Accessing education, training and work

  • Signposting and accessing other services
  • Planning a successful move-on

Additional support services

We also provide short-term follow-on support when residents move on to live independently.



To be eligible for a place at Moorland Road applicants must:

  • Be aged 16 to 25
  • Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Have medium to high-level support needs
  • Require a minimum of five hours support per week
