Care and support
We encourage people to build on their skills and strengths, by providing care and support which is tailored to individual needs, through a structured care and support plan using the Life Star model or Nourish in our CQC registered services. Nourish is an intuitive digital system, where through a smart device our teams create, update, and manage care and support plans in real time.

We also offer a range of personalised assistive technology, to help people live as independently as possible in their own homes. See our technology enabled living page to find out more about our technology services and the packages we offer.
