About us

Hazel Court has 14 self-contained apartments.

We provide care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to develop their skills and increase their independence.

Inspected and rated by the CQC

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the national independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.

They inspect and monitor care homes, nursing homes and supported housing where personal care is provided and produce reports about them, to help you find a service that suits you.

Accommodation type

12 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments, each with a bedroom, lounge with TV point, fitted kitchen and level access bathroom.

Communal areas

A lounge, kitchen and sensory room, with WiFi throughout, as well as access to the facilities at Noble House Retirement Living scheme, including a cafe and hair salon.

Staff office on-site and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.



Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout and personal pendant alarm available.


Rental agreement type

All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Hazel Court, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 to 65
  • Have a diagnosed learning disability

How do I apply?

We accept referrals from the Positive Living Options team at Worcestershire County Council.
