About us
Oak Lodge and Laurea House are located in the market town of Attleborough between Norwich and Thetford, providing temporary, move-on accommodation and support for adults with a range of learning disabilities with low-level support needs.

Location
Within walking distance to supermarkets, GPs, dentists and other local amenities. Attleborough also has great transport links to Norwich and Cambridge.
Accommodation type
Oak Lodge is a shared house with en-suite bedrooms and Laurea House has four studio flats.
Communal areas
Spacious communal areas including large kitchen, lounge, dining room and a laundry room. Private and shared garden space.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi throughout to support assistive technology and monitoring as well as personal internet use. We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Safety and security
The on-site staff office, with on-duty night staff, helps to ensure residents’ safety and security. Well-lit car park and CCTV.
Rental agreement type
Flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Oak Lodge and Laurea House, applicants must:
- Have a learning disability
- Be aged 18 or over
How do I apply?
We only accept referrals from Norfolk County Council’s adult social care team.
We work closely with the local authority to make sure that the referral process is a smooth as possible.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
