About us
Thomas Court has seven one-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom houses.
We provide housing management support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities, helping them to manage their tenancies and live as independently as possible.
- Staff can provide support various hours from Monday to Friday
- Long-term low-level housing management support
- Self-contained flats and two-bedroom houses
Accommodation
Location
A residential area of Birkenhead, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Seven self-contained unfurnished one-bedroom flats and six unfurnished two-bedroom houses.
Communal areas
There is a communal lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure gate and door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Thomas Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a learning disability
- Require low-level housing management support
How do I apply?
To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Wirral Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
