About us
Situated in the vibrant city of Chelmsford, Anne Knight House provides intensive housing management support for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- 3 hours of intensive housing management per week
- Short-term support to help residents maintain their tenancy and achieve personal goals
- Two-bedroom flats complete with white goods

Location
Located near shops, restaurants, and cafes, with easy access to bus stops and Chelmsford railway station. Chelmsford College and a local park are also nearby.
Accommodation type
Eleven self-contained two-bedroom flats complete with white goods, spread across four floors.
Communal areas
Residents can enjoy a shared communal garden.
Safety and security
A staff office on-site, CCTV, and a secure door access system to help ensure residents’ safety and security.
Rental agreement type
All two-bedroom flats are let on a licence agreement.

To be eligible for a place at Anne Knight House applicants must:

Require a maximum of three hours’ support per week
How do I apply?
Referrals must be made by Chelmsford City Council so please contact them to begin the application process.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
