About us
Howell Road has 11 single-occupancy bedrooms in a shared house.
We provide accommodation and support for adults aged 18 and over, who have experienced or are at immediate risk of homelessness.
- Staff on-site various hours to suit residents’ needs
- Short-term supported housing
- Communal facilities including a lounge, kitchen, laundry room and garden

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Howell Road, applicants must:
- Have a local connection. You must have resided in the area for six of the last twelve months (or three out of the last five years) where residence has been out of choice, work in Devon, have family connections in Devon and/ or have special circumstances for moving to Devon
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Exeter City Council, local probation services, rough sleeping coordinators, and drug and alcohol services.
We cannot accept direct referrals. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
