About us
At Merchants Terrace, we provide accommodation and support for adults aged 18 and over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Merchants Terrace has 13 single-occupancy en-suite bedrooms and five self-contained one-bedroom flats.

Location
Merchant Terrace is conveniently located near a supermarket, near the town centre. Merchants Terrace is a listed building, located in a conservation area.

Communal areas
A lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shared garden and courtyard.
Safety and security
Staff are on-site 24 hours a day at Merchants Terrace. CCTV and a secure door access system ensures residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All accommodation is let on an excluded licence agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Merchants Terrace, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have identifiable support needs
- Be committed to engaging with staff
How do I apply?
Referrals are made via the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, but you can also be referred by a support worker or service you already use.
As part of our wider supported accommodation provision, referrals are assessed across Astwell House and Park Road to help ensure people are matched with the most appropriate accommodation and support available.
Please note that a referral to this service does not guarantee a place here. Following assessment, an individual may be offered a place at Astwell House or Park Road, subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
