About us
At Stanley Grove, we provide accommodation and support for rough sleepers in Manchester with complex needs.
We accommodate men, women, couples, people with limited mobility and wheelchair-users, and people with pets.

Location
A residential area of Manchester, within walking distance of shops, amenities and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Nine furnished bedrooms with en-suites for male residents, and two bedrooms in a self-contained flat for female residents, adjacent to the main house
Communal areas
Lounge, kitchen, dining room, and a garden with seating area.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Shared computer available in the communal lounge. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on a licence agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Stanley Grove, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be homeless and sleeping rough in Manchester
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from the Rough Sleepers Team at Manchester City Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
