About us
In the historical Avenues area of Hull, The Avenues has 14 fully-furnished one-bedroom flats.
We provide accommodation and support for adults aged 18-65, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Located off Princes Avenue, within easy walking distance of shops, leisure facilities and public transport links.

14 fully furnished self-contained one-bedroom flats.

A shared garden and library/computer area.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on a licence agreement.

How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Hull City Council housing options team. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
