About us
Church Road has 13 one-bedroom apartments. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Location
A residential area of Waterloo, close to shops and other local amenities, public transport links, colleges and the seafront.
Accommodation type
13 part-furnished one-bedroom apartments, each with a bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and shower room.
Communal areas
A shared communal space for socialising and events.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Church Road, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 65
- Have a mental health need and require supported accommodation
- Be receiving support from the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Crosby Housing’s Community Housing and Re-Enablement Team (CHART).
