About us
Rose House has seven fully furnished self-contained flats, including one fully accessible bungalow. We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who require support to increase their confidence and develop their skills, so they can learn to live independently.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Rose House, applicants must:
- Be aged 16 to 25
- Require support to live independently
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness and/or a looked-after child, an unaccompanied asylum seeker or a care-leaver
How do I apply?
For Professionals: If you wish to refer a young person for supported accommodation, please email childrenscommissioning@hartlepool.gov.uk to request a referral form. For Young People: If you would like to be considered for supported accommodation, please contact your allocated Social Worker or Personal Advisor. If you are in urgent need of accommodation due to homelessness, please reach out to the Housing Advice Team at the Civic Centre by calling 01429 806834. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
