They are responsible for liaising with local authority teams and referral agencies to manage occupancy levels and to ensure suitable care and support needs are met and resident outcomes maximised.

Local Service Managers and Deputy Local Service Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day running of services. You’ll lead a team of care and non-care staff to provide the highest standards to our residents, ensuring effective systems are in place and compliant.

Local Service Managers are also responsible for effectively running the service within agreed budgets, managing void properties, rent accounts and arrears and delivering on contract KPI’s

As Area Service Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to manage the delivery and strategic development of high quality supported living and retirement living services within your area, You will travel frequently to services within your area to support with their day to day management, auditing and their growth and development in order to meet residents and local authority needs.
