Better conversations about what matters most

Sanctuary is developing a new strategy about how we work with the people we support. Whatever residents want to talk to us about, we want to make sure that they can, and they know how.

We deliver the best service when we engage with residents across all of our communities. This year Sanctuary is developing a new Resident Engagement Strategy, and we’d like residents to help shape it.  

We want to have better conversations with residents about the things that matter most to them. They may want to talk to us about the buildings and living environment; about equality, diversity and inclusion; about our priorities for the future, or something else. Whatever they want to talk to us about, we want to make sure they can.

The people we support should influence our decisions and to hold us to account for the services we provide. Our new Resident Engagement Strategy will set out how we do this.
