Our building

Goodwin Court has a communal lounge, restaurant, guest suite, hair salon, garden room, activities room and a landscaped garden. There are lifts to all floors and level access throughout.

Your apartment

Your new apartment is unfurnished so you can make it your own. It has an open plan lounge and fitted kitchen, one or two double bedrooms, and a level-access shower room.

Technology

There is Wi-Fi in communal areas. Pull cords are fitted in every apartment, and optional assistive technology is available to complement your lifestyle. This can be purchased at an additional cost.

Rent or leasehold

Apartments are available to rent for one or two people. Leasehold apartments may also be available to purchase from a current owner. You may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent from London Borough of Barnet Council. 

Restaurant and dining

Our on-site restaurant is open to residents and visitors from 9am-3pm, seven days a week* for breakfast, lunch and snacks.  

If you live nearby, enjoy a meal out in our restaurant with your family and friends.  

We regularly have special menus to celebrate special occasions throughout the year and our restaurant has a food hygiene rating of 5 from the Food Standards Agency.

Set in a floral silver and white patterned decorated room, with matching silver hanging picture frames. As well as silver crushed velvet curtains in front of the large windows and French doors.

  • There is a bus stop outside the building, and regular buses, Dial-a-Ride and local taxi services make journeys easy

  1. Contact us for an application form or contact London Borough of Barnet Council 

  1. We’ll arrange for you to visit and meet us. 

  1. We’ll help you to complete a housing assessment and affordability form, as you may be eligible for financial assistance towards your rent and part of your service charge. 

  1. While you’re here, we may assess if you would benefit from care and support services, and the on-site care provider may arrange to visit you at home to discuss your needs. For your care to be funded by London Borough of Barnet Council, you must have had your needs assessed and approved by the adult social care team.
