About us
Ankatel Close has seven one-bedroom apartments and two shared two-bedroom apartments.
We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, or who are looking to move on from our higher-level supported housing services.

Accommodation
Location
A quiet, residential area of Weston-Super-Mare, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities, Weston College, the seafront and public transport links.
Accommodation type
Seven one-bedroom apartments and two shared two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are part-furnished and have a bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and shower room.
Communal areas
All residents have access to the shared garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Ankatel Close, applicants must:
- Be aged 16 to 25
- Be a single young person who is homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Require low to medium-level support, with a minimum of two hours of support per week
We also accept applications from residents who are looking to move on from our other services, such as Weston Foyer.
