About us
Hyde Gardens has 11 one-bedroom apartments and eight studio apartments.
We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Located in the centre of Eastbourne, within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities, public transport links and the seafront

Eight studio apartments plus 11 part-furnished one-bedroom apartments, each with a lounge/diner, fitted kitchen and shower room.
Communal areas
There is a communal lounge and shared laundry facilities.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Hyde Gardens, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have an enduring mental health diagnosis and require support
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Lewes and Eastbourne Councils. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
