About us
Willow House has seven fully-furnished rooms in a shared house and one studio flat.
We provide accommodation and support for people aged 18-60 with complex needs.

Located within walking distance of shops, leisure facilities and public transport links.

Seven fully-furnished rooms and one self-contained flat.

Lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and garden.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV, a secure door access system to ensure residents’ safety and security and an out of hours telephone service.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All rooms and the flat are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Willow House, applicants must:
- Be aged 18-60
- Have a mental health need, complex needs or substance misuse issues
How do I apply?

We also accept referrals from Woking Borough Council Supported Living Accommodation Panel and voluntary agencies.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
