Rachel House

Using Nourish, our Digital Social Care Records system, our teams work closely with residents to create personalised care and support plans.

Staff on site 7.30am-10.30pm with concierge based at our service next door covering from 10pm – 8am. 

Residents can also purchase additional telecare technology to further promote their independence.

We provide follow-on support for 12 months after residents move on to live independently.

Sanctuary Supported Living is part of Sanctuary, which is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). The RSH is the government body for the social housing sector. It sets standards for social housing providers and can take action if they’re breached. 

If you’re a customer and you have a problem with one of our services, the first step is to speak to your Local Service Manager, who will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you are still not happy, you can follow our complaints process, which explains how to make a complaint and what to expect from us.  

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Housing Ombudsman Service, which is an independent organisation that deals with disputes between landlords and tenants. 

An application has been submitted for Rachel House to be registered with Ofsted, which inspects and regulates services that care for children and young people aged 16+, and checks that they meet quality and safety standards.
