About us
Location in a quiet, residential area, Southend Young Parents Supported Housing has 10 bedrooms in a shared house. We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are pregnant or have a child. It encourages young parents to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.
- Staff on-site during the day
- Short-term supported housing for up to two years
- Communal lounge, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and garden

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Southend Young Parents Supported Housing, applicants must:
- Be single and aged 16 to 25
- Be pregnant, or have a child or children
How do I apply?
To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, where the Teenage Pregnancy Co-ordinator will assess suitability for supported housing.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
