Located on the outskirts of Petersfield, Tilmore Gardens has 10 en-suite rooms in a shared house. We provide residential care and support for 10 adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We provide residential care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site various hours throughout the day, to suit residents’ needs. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a learning disability

To apply directly, please call us directly, or complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Hampshire County Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
