Located on the outskirts of Petersfield, Tilmore Gardens has 10 en-suite rooms in a shared house. We provide residential care and support for 10 adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities. We also deliver care and support to residents at our supported living service Montserrat Road in Lee-on-Solent.

10 en-suite rooms in a shared house at Tilmore Gardens and four bedrooms in a shared house at Montserrat Road. All rooms are fully-furnished.

Assistive technology

Tilmore Gardens has an integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout and personal pendant alarms are available. Bed sensors and door sensors help to maintain independence.

Rental agreement type

Rooms are let on a licence agreement at Tilmore Gardens and on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement at Montserrat Road.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We provide residential care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site various hours throughout the day, to suit residents’ needs. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

Residents can purchase assistive technology to further promote their independence / reduce their need for support whilst still feeling safe.

Healthwatch Hampshire provides information to help local people shape and improve health and social care services. Hampshire County Council commissioned them to visit care homes that are rated outstanding by the CQC, including Tilmore Gardens, and collate views on what makes them ‘outstanding’.   • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a learning disability
